Using DayBy30

These terms form an agreement between you and eezpal, the provider of DayBy30. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement, or meet any higher minimum age required where you live.

DayBy30 helps you organize a 30-day practice, record check-ins, and reflect. It is a personal planning tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, or other professional advice, and it does not promise a particular outcome or guarantee that a habit will form within 30 days.

Your account

The connected application uses Google or Apple sign-in through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure and for activity you authorize. Do not share access tokens, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another person’s information. The chosen sign-in provider’s terms also apply to its service.

Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of your practice names, intentions, and reflection notes. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display this content to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having any rights required to submit it.

Our application, website, branding, and other service materials remain owned by us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to use them as part of the service. This does not transfer ownership.

Fair use

Do not use DayBy30 for unlawful activity, upload malicious content, interfere with service availability, bypass security or usage limits, or attempt to obtain other people’s data. Do not copy or resell the service without permission. These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Availability and early access

The website preview is a demonstration; its entries are not saved to an account. App features become available as the application is released. We may change or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or notification delivery by your device.

No subscription or purchase is offered through this website or the current application. If we introduce paid features, we will show their price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before you choose to purchase. Using a free preview does not enroll you in a paid plan.

Privacy and ending your account

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. You can export your information and delete your account from settings, or follow the account deletion instructions. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address a serious breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or a security threat. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us. Ending access does not affect obligations or rights that already arose.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is otherwise provided as available without additional promises about its suitability for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, your misuse, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other mandatory protections. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required; if you disagree with updated terms, you can stop using the service and export or delete your account.
