Small enough to begin. Yours to keep.
A 30-day practice gives your intention a little structure, and your day a place to return to.

Choose one small thing
Give your practice a name and a reason. “Read a few pages” or “Take a short walk” is enough. Choose a color for your canvas and, if useful, a reminder time. Your practice runs for 30 days from its start date.
In the connected app, sign in with Google or Apple to save your progress. There is no new password to remember. If you are just exploring, try the website preview without an account.
Make a little room each day
Open Today, do your practice, and mark it complete. Each check-in fills one day on your 30-day canvas. You can correct a check-in if you tapped by mistake. A missed day stays part of the picture; it does not erase the days you showed up.
Reminders are optional and scheduled on your device. You choose whether to allow notifications, and can adjust or disable them. Device settings, battery controls, and notification permissions affect delivery.
Notice what helped
Add an optional reflection alongside a check-in. A sentence is plenty: what felt easy, what got in the way, or what you would like to try tomorrow. Your notes and check-ins stay with that practice.
At the end of the 30 days, look back at the whole canvas. Archive it to keep it in your history and start another practice when you are ready. Thirty days is a useful period for reflection, not a promise that a habit will form on a schedule.
Keep control of your space
Settings lets you export your saved information, sign out, or delete your account. You can delete individual practices too. Signing out does not delete your history; deleting your account does.
Read our privacy policy for details about sign-in, saved reflections, and your choices.
Try it at your own pace. The website preview is interactive and stays only in the current page. It does not create an account or save your entries.
