Your practice. Your privacy.
This policy explains what DayBy30 uses, why it needs it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
DayBy30 is provided by eezpal, the operator responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers our website and the DayBy30 application. You can contact us at support@dayby30.com.
The website currently includes an interactive preview. Account features described below apply when you use the connected application.
Information we use
- Account and sign-in information. Google or Apple and our authentication provider, Clerk, handle sign-in. Depending on your provider settings, Clerk receives your name, email address, profile image, and provider identifier. The DayBy30 API stores a Clerk account identifier and your time zone. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
- Your practice. We store the practice names, intentions, colors, start dates, reminder preferences, check-ins, and reflection notes you choose to save in the application.
- Technical information. Our hosting and authentication providers process information such as IP addresses, request times, browser or device details, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the service.
- Messages to us. If you ask for help, we use your contact information and the contents of your message to respond.
Reflections are optional. Please avoid entering medical records, financial information, or other sensitive information you do not need for a daily practice.
Why we use it
We use account and practice information to provide the service you request, save your progress, synchronize your practice, and respond to support requests. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, this processing supports our agreement with you.
We use necessary technical information for our legitimate interests in preventing abuse, troubleshooting, and keeping the service reliable. Optional device notification permissions are under your control, and you can withdraw them in your device settings. We may also retain information when required by applicable law.
Providers and sharing
Clerk processes authentication information. Google and Apple process information according to the sign-in service you choose. Hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate DayBy30. These providers may process information outside the country where you live; applicable contractual and legal safeguards govern those transfers. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards used for your account.
We do not sell your practice data, use it for targeted advertising, or send your reflection notes to an AI service. We may disclose information where legally required, to address abuse or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
You can read Clerk’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy, and Apple’s privacy policy.
Cookies, previews, and reminders
The landing page does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Its interactive practice preview stays in the current page’s memory and is cleared when you reload or leave. Your preview entries are not sent to the DayBy30 API.
The connected application uses necessary session storage to keep you signed in. Native session tokens use device secure storage. Web authentication may use necessary cookies or browser storage provided by Clerk.
Optional practice reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Your device controls delivery, and reminder text may be visible on your lock screen. DayBy30 does not need your contacts or location to provide reminders.
How long information stays
Your practices and reflections remain while your account is active, until you delete the practice or your account. Archiving a practice keeps it available in your history; archiving is not deletion.
Account deletion removes the application account and its saved practices and requests deletion of the associated authentication account. A one-way account identifier blocks old sign-in tokens for 24 hours and is removed during subsequent cleanup. Limited records may remain where needed for legal obligations, security investigations, or resolving a support request. Backup copies follow the hosting provider’s backup rotation and are not used as active account records. Retention is determined by the purpose of the record and any applicable legal requirement.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your practices, download an export, turn off reminders, and delete your account in the application’s settings. See account deletion instructions if you cannot access the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or transfer your information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting its earlier lawful use. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may need to verify that the account belongs to you. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age and policy changes
DayBy30 is intended for people aged 16 or older, or the higher age required to agree to these terms in their location. If you believe a younger child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
We update this page when the service or our practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
