Leave when you need to.
You can delete your DayBy30 account and saved practice data from the application.
From the application
- Sign in to DayBy30 with the Google or Apple account you used to join.
- Open Settings. Use Export data first if you want a copy of your practices and reflections.
- Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.
Your DayBy30 account, practices, check-ins, reflections, and associated DayBy30 authentication account are deleted. This does not delete your Google or Apple account. Account deletion cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@dayby30.com with the subject “DayBy30 account deletion.” Tell us the sign-in provider and account email you used. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, include the relay address associated with DayBy30 if available. We will verify ownership before deleting an account. Never send your password.
What may remain
Limited records may be retained where required by law or needed for security investigations or support disputes. Backups expire through the hosting provider’s normal rotation. Read the privacy policy for the retention criteria.
Uninstalling DayBy30 only removes the app from your device. Archiving a practice only moves it into your history. Neither action deletes your account.
